{ Payment }
Payment can be made securely online through Paypal or by mailing a money order or check. If mailing personal check, cashier's check, or money order; merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received. If paying by personal check the check must clear first before the item(s) will be shipped.

{ Shipping }
Most items will be shipped within 3-4 business days of received payment. Custom orders will take longer and the length of approximate days before shipping will be mentioned in the product description. Typically all orders over $35.00 will be shipped Priority Mail and products under $35.00 will be shipped standard First Class Mail. Shipping cost is figured at 15% of total order amount. If purchases are over $100.00 then shipping for your order is free. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please contact me. You may check the status of your order anytime on this website by clicking on the Order Status link at the bottom of the page under My Account, and entering your order number.
{ Packaging }
All hairbow, bowbands, and headbands come on a Lil' Giggle Girl branded card stock card with cut out and embossed lace like edging and are wrapped in colored tissue paper and shipped in specially purchased solid white cardboard boxes; unless sent via Priority Mail then the box will be one issued by the USPS. Other products will be wrapped in colored tissue paper or come in celophane bags and be shipped in Priority Mail labeled cardboard boxes. Special gift packaging is also available for an additional fee.
{ Refunds/Exchanges }
If there is a problem with the merchandise you ordered Lil' Giggle Girl must be notified within five days from when you received the item(s) for a cash refund and item(s) must be returned in same conditon as you received them. Exchanges for same merchandise are made for up to thirty days from the time of purchase except for products that are not made by Lil' Giggle Girl, which include: shopping cart covers, car seat covers, bow holders, and tutus. For products that are made from an outside source there is a seven day return/refund policy and item must be returned in same condition. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, but store credit may be given.
{ Privacy }
In this day and age privacy is of the uptmost importance. Lil' Giggle Girl values it's customers and their privacy and will not share their information with any third parties.
{ Disclaimer }
Lil' Giggle Girl strives to make all products as safe as possible for small children and babies. Even still, all babies and small children should always be supervised when wearing/using products such as, but not limited to: hair bows, bow headbands, and shopping cart covers. Buyers assume full responsibility for their child when wearing/using any of our products as we will not be liable for any damages.
